PARC infrastructure is built on around 15500 Sq. feet area in OPaL petrochemicals complex, Dahej. The building has an awe-inspiring architectural design with the latest finishing materials being used to get a modern, stylish and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The building has several environment friendly features as well.

PARC facilities comprise two buildings. The main PARC building houses administrative offices and four “Polymer Testing and Characterization Laboratories”. The Polymer Testing Laboratories have sophisticated equipment for testing polymer raw materials as well as finished products. These equipment are used for testing of physical, chemical, weathering, thermal, optical & environmental properties of polymers.

The “Polymer Processing Workshop” houses most of the plastic processing machines of semi-commercial size. Similar machines of higher capacity are used by our customers to convert polymer grades into a variety of end products. These machines are used to predict the performance of polymer grades in the market by converting them into finished products like films, moulded articles, pipes, storage tanks, blow moulded jerry canes, specialty compounds etc. Using these machines, PARC can determine the optimum processing conditions at which OPaL’s polymer grades give best properties & accordingly can guide the customers. These machines will also be used to develop new applications for polymer grades & cost-effective formulations.
